Returns & Refund Policy – Pietersite of Namibia

At Pietersite of Namibia, we take pride in supplying high-quality, natural pietersite sourced directly from Namibia. Due to the unique nature of each stone, all products are carefully inspected prior to shipment.

Returns Eligibility  
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original condition  
- Item must be returned in original packaging  
- Proof of purchase is required  

Non-Returnable Items  
Due to the natural and one-of-a-kind nature of pietersite, the following are non-returnable:
- Custom-cut or polished stones  
- Bulk wholesale orders  
- Items damaged after delivery  

Damaged or Incorrect Items  
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@pietersiteofnamibia.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping  
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

International Orders  
All international shipments are subject to customs duties and VAT, which are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are non-refundable.
